She agrees to talk to Wanda and provide intel on limbo and her absence, including power structure over there.
She also agrees to provide a favor in the future - The favour will not involve asking her to kill the demon running Limbo, an incubus or succubus or her soul.
Requests for murder for hire or mortal danger to be contracted and paid for sperately. She's not overtly against killing or injuring humans if required.
In return, she's getting papers and some getting settled slush fund cash.

And yes, come by my office soon as you can. Blood pacts are not anything to sneeze at and while traditionally Illyana hasn't had much power outside of Limbo, you never know what surprises the Frankenberry Cat might have left us.
(Just a note: if you're going to make a habit of doing these sorts of deals, maybe let me vet the other person beforehand? Folks already had to rescue Warren from a succubus, I'd rather not have that happen again.)
