[2/4] This would not be notable except that I have reviewed the incident in question, and as much as I hate to admit it I am... unable to pinpoint the cause of the neurological condition, even with all my techniques.
[3/4] Given the ongoing plague issue, I thought it prudent to alert everyone in case the two are related.
[4/4] I have nothing to link the two, other than the fact that neither of them behave like any issue I have ever seen. If something about it changes, I will be sure to let everyone know.
