So that was what Moira meant. She was being vague, I don't push when it comes to her patients, but I was wondering why she felt the need to pat me on the head.

It was the strangest fucking thing, the whole episode... I think I'd maybe better talk to Romany, given that I've had a little waif in a bloodstained dress running around in my dreams ever since. I gather the kid's some manifestation of Amanda's core self. She's got her real name, in any case. I was holding the little munchkin's hand when Amanda pushed me out of her mind, telling me to keep her safe. Idiot that I am, I thought she was speaking metaphorically.

There's something else, too, which I'm hoping the Terrible Trio passed on to you, since I did tell them. Whatever I did, it was that damned link that saved her in the first place. Which is thoroughly ironic, because as far as I was able to tell Manuel actually thinks she's dead, which would of course explain the zombie-state he's been in since he woke up. It needs to be fixed - I've got a thoroughly stupid idea I'm going to talk to Charles about, but I thought I should give you a heads-up.
