Regarding your detention this afternoon to learn the ins and outs of the building's plumbing, you're not going to get the opportunity to fiddle with the mansion. I've fixed the backups in the main building, and given the events of the past few days, I ain't about to take you into the girls' room to fix some pipes that've been tied in a knot.

But you're not getting out of anything, so go ahead and meet me out at the boathouse after dinner. We'll be taking apart the septic line from the boathouse to the main tank, and there's a pump involved that'll need to be greased. Wear something warm that you're not going to mind getting covered in grease and whatever else may be in there.

Cain,

Doug has the unfortunate notion that our waste pipes might leak into our water system. Would you please teach him otherwise today? He's in with Xavier now; I'm not sure how long that will take.

If you need more than just one day, I'm sure that can be arranged.

Thank you.

I figured it might be safer for all concerned if you took care of me mgic stuff for the duration, least until I get this training you an Rom are cooking up for me back home. At the least it will help people feel safer around me.

I have a box full of books an other stuff - I'd leave it on your desk, only we know leaving things lying around ain't exactly a good idea. I'll drop it down when you want me too an you can lock it up somewhere for me. Preferably in something metal that I can't bust into.

I figured actions would say more than just words. Hope this is the rite one.
