I wanted to reach out to ask for your time. There's been reports of strange psychic power issues across the mansion, and X-Factor Investigations is working to get a complete picture on what's happening. Kindly make yourself available so everyone can be on the same script.
I'm currently available at all hours. In-person would be preferred, but I can do a Zoom meeting or phone call if need be. This should take no more than 15 minutes.

First recorded incident in my data is on 2023-12-22. Artie, powers issues when encountering a combative Hope Summers.
It is possible there are earlier events that I am not aware of, as I was very firmly on light or no duty for the preceding weeks. This also presumes people are noticing their issues and willing to be forthright about them. With the... stigma that can be attached to having a psi-based power, sometimes people are quite wary about who they can trust enough to confide in if issues occur.

For the sake of transparency, I had something weird happen back in December, before that Hope kid crashed the place - I touched a mug in the main kitchen and saw what I realise now were your memories, Arthur. I didn't get a chance to tell you about it before everything went pear-shaped, I'm sorry.
No issues with my connection with the city, apart from all the damage caused by fighting Death.

I had an imaging issue while meeting with Quentin Quire and again, it could have easily been stress and fatigue. I burned a great deal of energy on ensuring that we were able to keep Marius Laverne's name out of the papers, and my powers are both known to be erratic under stress.
