I need entirely confidential help here. Let's say you've got this fairly sappy and possibly over-emotional boyfriend who's been particularly emotional on you lately and you want to do something really nice for an impending anniversary (even though 6 months is not a year and thus not actually an "anniversary" per se)...would you have any thoughts on what the hell I should do? No, I'm not going to cover him in glitter and hang him up like a piñata. My brain is just not functioning on this level, though, and I can't come up with ANYTHING.

I did this thinking thing that I sometimes do and I've got a proposition that might work. Sunday next week I figure there's likely to be a lot of people still hung over from their Saturday. We'll get up early and get to the Met when it opens at 9:30 when the crowds are hopefully low. Then whenever it gets inescapably crowded we'll go, no one else gets to complain.
