I tried to figure out for a long time how to explain this, so I'm just going to settle on not.

Jack wasn't lying. Part of my mind is not my mind, different from the DID. This weekend that was resolved. Finally.

If you really want the details and have a spare six hours I can tell you more, but for now I'm just going to introduce myself. We're David Haller. We're also Jemail Karami.

It's Spring Break and half the kids are gone. I'm going to Harry's tomorrow night.

I think we were going to have dinner tonight. I forget. But if we were I can't make it, because I'm meeting somebody in the city tonight. I thought I should tell you so you didn't have that moment of fear that I wound up crazy and dead in a gutter somewhere.

But that's only if we were having dinner. If we weren't, just ignore me. I'm tired.
