So. What do we know about her so far?

Spider powers.
She mentioned being a clone and growing up in a lab - that's a quote, and I have the screen shots
Obviously some hinky shit with her memories. Alteration or psionic implanting or something
Could be from another dimension or ... not?
Related to Parker, who is about 20 years older in her timeline, which is weird again.
Arrives a few days after Essex shows up on our radar again for the first time in about a decade.

Not saying she's trouble. Just wondering if A + B = C or not here.

I think we can mention it now - he was in genosha, used some tech to do a kind of temporary upgrade to people's powers. Spliced in claws and feral bullshit.

Also, Rachel - used his tech to accelerate her aging, and implanted memories that left her thinking she was from a dystopian future. Really fucked up.

Just a suggestion, since I haven't had time to confirm all this with Colbert yet.

It's worth taking a second look. If she's the result of the wormhole, I assume there will be something in the monitoring equipment they have set up? My science is a little... non-existent, but what a lot of bad novels told me is that it takes a lot of power to intersect with an ER bridge. That has to make some kind of footprint. Doug, can you take a second look, just see if there's anything that confirms her transit through the thing?

As for Parker herself, Jean's likely done a once over, but it wouldn't be the worst thing to follow up. Jubilee is all but wetting herself waving her hand to volunteer. So go be chatty. Treat her like a new source and get her talking, see if she contradicts her story at all. If she does, just keep going. We don't want her to think this is anything but the Welcome Wagon. Bring some cookies or something. There's always piles of freshmade baking around this place.

RE: Essex. Doubtful. Doesn't fit his profile. If he wanted to keep an asset inside the mansion, he'd have played Laurie differently, assuming that's what happened. If Parker is a Trojan Horse, I think we need to look elsewhere. Gabe, you think you can talk to Morales and Parker? See if they have any info on other spider... people? If that's the term.

In her intro, she dropped info on OsCorp. We know the CEO Norman Osborn was targeted by prototype Sentinels a few years ago. That's the connection I'm more concerned about than Essex, considering the timing. Let's dig more into him and the company. Maybe the incident was personal, maybe there was some reason they wanted him gone specifically, or maybe OsCorp is tied into some research they do. If they are cloning spider people, that would be a good thing to know.

I agree, very worth taking a second look.

I do not think Essex is involved, although this is similar enough to Rachel Kinross that I want to be sure he does not have his fingers in this somehow. I do not think he is stupid enough to try to plant someone in the mansion so soon after Laurie, and he has largely left us alone unless he needs someone for his own plans.

Wanda was also there when she arrived. Wanda, do you have any input on the dimensional portal from your unique perspective?

First, I would like to thank whoever got me this 'Professional Per My Last Email Sender' mug over the holidays, it is perfect.

Second. Things have been a bit chaotic with the move and she who shall not be named and perhaps the three separate reports that were filed by the three X-Force members who were involved or witnessed the incident were missed. I will admit that my initial report might have been a bit thin and focused solely on events, but that has been fixed. There are now attachments! Video footage analysis, handy science charts, and a notation from Doc Jean about the results of her initial telepathy scan.
