[1/3] Two events this weekend... I am absolutely done in. Though it does look like I missed the latest upset.

[2/3] You know, it are not even the events themselves that are the issue, but some of the administration...

[3/3] Sometimes it feel like I could spent my time far more useful.

[1/2] Awwww, that sounds rough. Sounds like you need to take a weekend off so I can spirit you away to a spa. It was...something.

[2/2] You could, on me! But, have you ever considered getting a secretary? Or someone to work as an assistant, take care of some of the admin work? You don't have replication powers.

[1/2] Not at this time unfortunately. I have several more events coming up before many flee the city to Hamptons or where else they would like to go. With the summer there though, the training requests are less.

[2/2] It is interesting that you mention that. I have actually been contemplating it. If I were able to unload some of the bookkeeping and other administrative details... it would make a huge difference. That and maybe another idea or two.

[1/2] I am not amused. Clear your schedule tomorrow through Wednesday...something you could do more easily if you had an assistant... we're going on a getaway.

[2/2] Another idea or two? And all the planners have their assistants...who blossom into beautiful flowers in the movies. Are you gonna stand in the way of someone's flower moment?!

[1/2] You know, I don't know anyone who has made it so hard to take them on a vacation. Remember all work and no play makes Hope burn out. Please take some time off soon. Even a few days. I'll cordon off the beach downstairs in the boiler for a night.

[1/1] Once the current surge of events if over, I should be able to take a little time of, XFI permitting.

[2/2] You know I do a mix of things. I am wondering if it would be possible to alter the mix a bit, with either doing some less event planning or shifting that to someone else. I would like to focus a bit more on general PR work.

[2/2] Like sell off the business, or bring in a manager? Do you think that you've built up your brand enough cause that would really let you focus on what you want to do!

[1/2] We will see once I have the series of events done.

[2/2] Selling is nowhere on the cards and I do need an income. A manager is not an option yet either. But I do think I have built up enough to start bringing in some outside help. I need to do some research though.

[1/1] Not possible I am afraid. I have a training event in the morning and XFI late in the afternoon. Going into DX might make it possible to look into a candidate that just occurred to me.

{2/2] That is actually one of the idea's. I have been doing events for a long time now and I have been thinking of getting someone else about to gain experience. That also kinda goes with the second idea that I have... altering some of the work that I do.
