[1] Heya, love. Doug's always generally a great source for information on all things - if he doesn't know it or can't figure it out (highly unlikely), he'll data mine (which, I'm not precisely sure what that means, but he assures me it's perfectly legal) the internet until he finds it. All that to say yes, this is a literal mansion in the sense that we have forty to fifty or so people and the only ones sharing suites are the ones who want to. There are guest rooms, as well, and each room/suite has its own bathroom. The guest rooms don't have kitchens, but there are kitchenettes in every suite.

[2] And we'd love to have you stay here. I've honestly been attempting to figure out a way to invite you, myself, without it sounding strange or presumptive. (Your car's in the parking lot at the DXCC later than everyone else and I might have asked X-Factor Investigations to keep an eye on you for safety's sake, not to find information about you or anything). They live at the mansion, as well, so we're all friendly.

[3] Also, I wouldn't say it's like Mark what's his face's name's mansion, if only because it was built long before that gentleman came up with the idea for his website and I'd wager the Xavier family has far more taste than him. It really is lovely. There's no rent to pay or anything like that and food is fairly communal. The Xavier Institute (that's the one I work for) can help with scholarships and the like, if you're interested in further schooling (if you're not already in school, of course, I'm sorry I haven't asked about that before now) and if not, there are quite a few people here who could assist you in learning a trade. And of course self-defense and things like that.

[1/3] I'm not homeless or anything, really. I have a dorm room. I just really hate going back to campus sometimes because people are shitty and sometimes it just seems easier to stay in my car

[3/3] My mom's in Massachusetts and that's way too far to commute and also I didn't tell her anything about the dorms because she's finally getting to be happy after like nineteen years of dealing with my crap and I don't want to put that on her again so sometimes i just sleep in my car when I need a break

[1] I did, but I didn't want to assume anything one way or another. I just want you to be safe and well. I'm sorry to hear that people at the dorms are acting like idiots. If you do want to come at least take a look at the mansion to see if it suits you, I'd be happy to show you around. And I'd also be able to introduce you to one of my coworkers, Angelo (have you met him already?) - he's a lawyer who helps with civil issues, I think. Perhaps he could help get some of your tuition back, since you're not actually using the room due to... discrimination? And if he can't, I'm positive he knows someone who can.

[2] Don't worry about 'too much information.' You're welcome to tell me as much or as little as you're comfortable telling me. And yes, the Xaviers are literally an institution in Westchester County. I do a great deal of fundraising for them. That's how we helped get the DXCC up and running. And it's flourishing now, which is just so amazing to see. The current Xavier scion isn't in residence, as it were. He's in Scotland at the moment, I believe.
