Because I am no good at all at this 'going slow' thing, and I worry about doing it wrong. And I am delighted that you agree. :) We will, of course, keep things low-key while in front of an audience, but I look forward to it tremendously nonetheless.
In the interests of warning you ahead of time... on the day, I will be wearing a kilt in blue and green tartan with the upper portion of my tuxedo. I hardly ever have an excuse to wear it, and I enjoy it rather a lot.

And now I'm definitely bringing my camera. *grins* Although with a name like 'McCoy', a kilt would be compulsory, wouldn't it? ;)

I will appreciate it... I would far rather be told to back off than have you feel that you must draw away. I shall be a model of dignity, rectitude, and restrained behaviour at the wedding, I promise you. At least while everyone's watching.
Oh, indeed it is! I wouldn't dream of going to a function at Muir in anything else. And I will pose for as many pictures as you like.
