Hey Carls,
Know you were planning on coming down to the mansion for the Summer. How do you feel about delaying that a bit and coming to L.A with me? Will be leaving second weekend of June, thought I'd drive up and pick you up in Philly so I could see this college thing for myself.
P.S: Finals are finally over! I cannot believe that it's all done and I graduate soon. I'll be done with highschool...how weird is that?

Up for a roadtrip? Sun, wind in your hair...the possibility of seeing that great big thing they call the 'outdoors'. Go on, you know you want to.
Second weekend of June, heading for L.A. We're going to see a mall before they demolish it and turn it into a wallmart. (I'll tell you why later.)
Think about it.
P.S: A little incentive, we'll be taking Beast's car.

I seem to be the go-to guy for road trips here. But finals will be over, and I'm feeling a small bit of cabin fever lately. Sure, I'm up for it.

Great. We'll be going by Philly to pick Carlie up as well and meet with her friends for lunch. (Which you might find cool. I know you're into the politics and such.)
Then we'll head down to L.A from there.
Which totally reminds me that I have to find a roadmap and map this sucker out. You any good with road directions?

I already checked with my folks and they say it's okay (well, I think they called Mad just to make sure things were kosher - not that they don't trust you, they don't always trust me. Precious baby daughter and all the rest of that crap. *wry*), and I'll be there with bells on. Literally - I got those hair ribbons you sent to me in the mail finally and I love them to death. I drive everyone insane with bouncing around in them. *grins*
And hey! If you pick me up from school, maybe you could meet some of the gang? Lunch or something, if we've got time? And is it just us or is there someone else coming?
Days to wait! I'm going to explode!

Yay! And no worries about the parentals checking it out with Mads. Big Blue was all about the 'You're not going alone, are you?' when I first asked if I could borrow his car, so I know all about the people with the worrying and the fretting. And we do indeed have another person coming along. I convince Forge to come with. (Okay, it didn't take much convincing since he wanted out anyhow.)
Annnnnd, Lunch with your gang would be of the awesome, and Forge would get to meet some of the too, which he'd probably find pretty cool.

PS: If it's all right, I'm coming back to the mansion with you on the way back to see Mad and tease her horribly about Hank and maybe see if I can't make Kurt blush some more. *eg* He's cute when he does that.

Subject: Nifty blue cars
Yep, that's the car. Hopefully we'll have sunny weather all the way so we can keep the top down for awhile. Nothing better then the open road, some good tunes and friends.
Think we'll probably get there around 1ish, if that's not too late. Depends on traffic and how quickly I get us onto the Interstate. (And considering my perchant for lead footedness, that probably won't be too long. )
And it's very cool for you coming back to the mansion with me.

PS: Did I mention finals are over? Thank whatever Gods are around. Don't know when I'm going to get my results...I'm actually nervous as to whether I did well or not.
